Optimized perforated stator

The mixing shear in the SFP2 and SFP3 high shear pumps is generated in a narrow gap between the pump impeller and an innovative, patented stator. The perforation geometry was developed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), offering a unique blend of maximal particle size reduction, quiet operation, and low energy consumption. The ultimate aim is to attain a stable, homogeneous solution of two liquids with a significant difference in viscosity and/or density.
